Orienteering and Navigation for Primary Schools

Bear and Lapor run a programme of outdoor learning courses for teaching staff, outdoor leaders and forest school practitioners

The Orienteering and Navigation course (14 March 2018) is for staff who would like to start orienteering in their primary school and have no previous experience. The course includes:
 Practical work on using maps and map reading.
 An introduction to using a compass and how to teach its use to others.
 Different approaches to orienteering.
 Following different orienteering courses.
 Setting up courses in your grounds or using other grounds.

Cost: £60 (£50 + £10 VAT)
BFSN Full Members receive a 50% discount
