This CPD day will be spent in the woods, where we will progress through knife skills, from introductory bladed tool skills to advanced whittling techniques. Tom will demonstrate, through this hands-on course, how skill- and knowledge-progression can be incorporated into a Forest School/Outdoor Learning environment, using the knife skills progression model he has developed for his innovative Wild Passport.

Tom Bardon is the owner of Green Man Learning and the creator of the Wild Passport, with over 10 years’ experience delivering Forest School to a wide range of participants in a variety of settings.
The course is aimed at individuals trained in Forest School and/or others with similar skills/experience.
All tools & resources will be provided, but participants will need to bring a packed lunch.
